This is one trail I would pass on. If you are crazy enough to do it anyway leave the kids at home. They will come back covered in Moa'ulu's primary resource!

You need to be in good shape to do this. Use a guide to avoid problems with land owners. Bring plenty of water.

is a bumpy ride down but well worth the discomfort for the spectacular views. in the valley to learn the history of father damien was just wonderful. will go again but think will take palne lol but u need to do the mule ride once in your lifetime.

The falls were absolutely gorgeous. It's not a difficult walk but you still need to be careful. The tour guide will give you all sorts of interesting facts along the hike while having you sample many of the local fruits hanging from the trees.

Recently however, some of the local residents prohit crossing through their lands to get there --- unless you pay and arm and a leg for a guided tour. Still a great experience through a real...
