Do not miss this little place. Great panoramic views, a lot of steps but fairly easy walk. Well worth the stop.

Well worth the drive! So beautiful! They charge $5 bucks to park and entrance. You do have to walk up about 300 steps to get to the top. The steps are very mild though...so not much of a problem for most people. The temperature change...More

This valley has witnessed great battles when King Kamehameha overthrew the Maui Warriors to unite all islands under his control. A beautiful area with rivers, botanical gardens and Mountain View’s. A $5 entry fee per vehicle.

Great place to stop by before you leave for the airport. Super view of rain forest and high peak. Rains a lot, take rain gear.

Feel the history of the great battle for the islands. Interesting interpretive center beautiful monolithic like peak. Use the navigator to get there it was not the direction we thought it was. Bit of a fee parking kind of stinks when it is busy.

They would not let us in the park at all. And they didn't give an explanation why we were not allowed in. This was going to be one of our highlights to visit. The travel guides haven't said a word about the closure.
