Every Saturday morning, if I'm available, I head over to the Upcountry Farmers Market. All produce and products have to be made here on Maui, and the farmers identify their growing methods so you know if it's grown with Organic methods or not and make...More

This is the best farmers market ever! Worth the drive. It's only a half hour from Kihei, and it's a beautiful drive anyway. We stocked up on lots of fabulous and organic produce, even some fresh fish. Ate some delicious Thai and Indian food there,...More

This is a true farmers market. You can find just about any fruit and vegetable grown on the island. The farmers were very helpful explaining what everything was and how to prepare it.

The Upcountry Farmers Market is a great Saturday outing with something for everyone. We loved the fresh organic vegetarian omelet breakfast, cooked onsite with 5 pans going; pineapple, cucumber and mint cleansing juice; Maui Tempeh burgers with special sauce, fresh tangelo juice, and rich applesauce...More

I have gone with friends and family and solo. It has local produce, drinks, meals, plants. It doesn't have crafts that the swap meet at college has.

Loved this market. Everything you could imagine and more. Exotic locally grown produce along with the ordinary produce but all amazingly fresh. Bakery items, coffee, fresh-squeezed juice, and so much more. Definitely worth the trip.

Easy to get to, lots of parking, forget the grocery stores and their inflated prices. Even though we didn't get there until 9:30, the vendors had plenty of beautiful produce and fruit displayed for sale. I would recommend this market for any visitors (the locals...More

Great selection of farm-stands, artesanal foods, and other local specialties. The earlier you get there (ideally before 8AM), the more likely you'll find the best stuff: veggies, eggs, fish, fresh coconuts, prepared food, etc. It's almost like a big-city Farmer's Market since the selection is...More
