The sound of the conch, the beating of the drums, and the echoes of the Hawaiian chant signal the start of Hawaii's most exciting Lu'au. We feature authentic dances and music of the old Hawaii, Samoa, Fiji, New Zealand, Tahiti, Tonga, and Rarotonga in the hottest Lu'au Show in the Islands. See a preview of our lu'au here. Our Drums of the Pacific adventure includes:•Greeting with a shell lei and fresh mai tais or fruit punch for each guest •A delightful performance of Hawaiian music •Traditional arts and crafts demonstrations •Impressive torch lighting ceremony •Authentic imu ceremony - the unveiling of the main dish, Kalua Pua'a. •Friendly greetings by Royal Polynesians, followed by a Polynesian fashion show featuring the islands most exotic pareaus (sarong) in creative styles. •An all-you-can-eat generous buffet including Kalua Pork, Huli Huli Chicken, Grilled Fish, Polynesian Rice, Vegetables Makamaka, Tropical Fruits Anuenue, Soba Noodles, Lomi Lomi Salmon, Pacific Ahi Poke, Tossed Green Salad, and Poi (taro). •Lavish dessert bar featuring Macadamia Nut Lu'au Cream Pie, Haupia with Toasted Coconut, Pineapple Cake and Bread Pudding. We recently went to this luau with our three children. My husband and I have been to others previously that honestly were better than this one, but had a higher price tag as well. If you have general seating, get there early (around 4:15pm) since...More

This was the first time for a luau for us. The place was simply gorgeous and the sky was beautiful with the sunset! The entertainment was awesome and the food was very delicious. Well worth the price. I am glad we came.

This was our first lu'au - we are a family of 5 with 3 children - and we enjoyed the show. The team at the Hilton were helpful in clarifying issues with our booking and we ended up having adequate chairs for all 5 of...More

This is an over priced experience. We entered to be given tea leaf leis rather than the pretty floral leis for the ladies and beaded leis for the guys. Because we were a couple, we were cheated because we didn’t get the nice leis. We...More

A commercialized but decent production, although some elements were a bit hoaky. The production definitely picked up cadence throughout the show, ending with the fire dancers who were great! Dinner buffet was good, but had limited options. Drinks were watered down of course - if...More

Definitely not worth what I paid, but was an ok experience. Preferred seating not worth the extra cost. Couldn’t hear the MC very well at all.

If you want an authentic luau experience it's probably worth looking elsewhere. This luau felt very commercialized. The service was pretty good, but the food was nothing special. The entertainment was nothing exciting either. If you're staying at the Hyatt and want something close by...More
