This beach has a lifeguard which many beaches don't have. Very nice fine sand beach. It doesn't get deep quickly, so is nice for just being in the water. Snorkeling on either side near the rocks let us see a variety of fish.

Kam III has the most perfectly soft sand that I've ever stepped on. Great snorkeling out by the rock divider between Kam III and Kam II...we saw lots of fish and several turtles. Good family beach and perfect for beginner snorkelers. The waves weren't good...More

Great beach, great snorkeling and body surfing. Watch out for rough waves though! A quick step over the road and you're spoiled for choice with local restaurants and eateries that do takeaway.

We were told by the locals that there were turtles everywhere at the beach so we decided to check it out. The turtles were huge and they would swim next to you, which was pretty amazing. The beach was nice and not crowded at all....More

It is very much a local hang out, but it feels like home. Picnics, great beach, even a little snorkeling if you are adventurous. Spent time here as a teenager and every time we make it back to Maui. Sunsets are the best.

Karaoke III is a very nice beach with a big grassy park, showers, restrooms, and picnic tables. Evenings find groups gathered with their frisbee so ready wine or kids to watch the gorgeous sunsets. The beach is soft sand and the waves are gentle for...More

Easy in and out off the sandy beach. Not a lot of current pushing us around. Saw lots of fish and turtles too.

This beach was really good! We went almost every day of our trip because of the location. The waves were nice and lots of people were snorkelling around. Some rocks so be careful.

Kam beach 3 is a quick walk from the condo I was staying at on South Kihei Road. Great location if you just wanted to sit on the beach and read a book or do some boogie boarding when the waves are up or snorkling...More

I don't know that the park has them, but you have access to public outdoor showers at the condos across the street.
