Thought there would be more information on the tour but the guide was too fast giving the information and forgot to tell us which side the trees were on. Loved the mansion and the shops they have set up in the home.

If you are just going for the train ride, I would skip it. There is a nice looking restaurant that we didn't eat at. Enjoyed the rum tasting. Overall, pretty commercial.

Not the plantation, but can rent car with just about all major rental car agencies. Hope this help. Enjoy your trip.

Hi Jeffrey, I suggest calling Kauai Plantation Railway to see if you can park your scooter at the station and then ride the train. You can stay on the train during the entire ride or, if you can, you can get off when... More
