We went to watch the show without the dinner. Only $15 PP. We could see the dining area. This is not a group of friends on the beach having an authentic Hawaiin meal with a roasted pig coming out of a pit. This is a large outdoor dining room that feeds a lot of people at once. Mostly an older... More

You begin your visit by viewing gardens surrounding the luau venue, at your leisure, either on your own or taking a ride with a narrator. Peacocks roam freely and love showing off for pictures. A demonstration of how kalua pork is cooked in an imu precedes the luau. The maitais are good and so is the buffet, especially considering it... More

We knew we needed to do a Luau for our first visit to HI, and this did not disappoint. It starts with a tour of the grounds. This is nice, but it goes real fast. The food was very good. There were free Mai Tais and other non-alcoholic drinks. It is a buffet, so you get to choose different things... More

I live on Kauai. Took my mainland relatives to this luau. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The food was very good and plentiful, just like a luau should be. Drinks were also included in the price so that was a bonus, especially if you are being dropped off and don't have to worry about driving back to your hotel. Entertainment was... More

I love luaus, honestly one of my favorite things to do in Hawaii. While not as good as the old Lahaina on Maui this is a great luau. It's like a family friend welcoming you into their home and making sure you are taking care of and you have a good time. Beautiful grounds with good food and good show... More

We were greeted with a shell necklace then escorted to a small trolly. The short 10 minute trolly ride was a wonderful introductions to the large garden of the Smith Family compound. After we had some time to explore, the Imu ceremony began commencing the start of the luau. Open seating always gives me some anxiety but we ended up... More

My first luau. Looking forward to it. It started with an optional narrated tram ride ( you could also walk by yourself) through the gardens. Plenty of roosters and peacocks to see. Next they did the Imu- traditional digging up of a BBQ pig wrapped in banana leaves and left to cook for a long time in the ground. Next... More

This was our first luau. I had no expectations and was extremely impressed! The plantation is beautiful with many photo ops! The food was SO good! The show was amazing! But what impressed me most, was while registering online thru TripAdvisor, there's a question/memo area that asks questions "Are you celebrating a birthday?" "Are you handicapped?" Etc... And there's an... More

We showed up at 7 thinking we would have time to walk around the "garden"before the show started at 8. We were told that they stop serving food at 720.. had to scarf down our food and our watered down mai tais in a giant cafeteria... We walked around the "garden" which was nothing special I didnt see any flowers...... More

We have been to several luaus on the island but were told this one "has the best food"! We weren't disappointed. The Kalua port was so moist and tasty, the other entree options equally delicious. There were plenty of sides and desserts with local flavor to enjoy. Mai tais and beer are included as are non-alcoholic drinks. A special feature... More
