Andy was awesome, we fed wild horses, visited a waterfall, and did some jumping off a cliff into the Waimea river. About 6 miles of kayaking total.

Sporty but unique day. Brian is incredibly positive and gives good energy for everyone to take it to the end of this long kayak trip. With a bit of motivation and vitality, the 17 miles are challenging, but more doable than it may seem. Unique...More

Yesterday we took the Napali coast all day tour. It is physically a little challenging, but definitely possible, and the reward is worth it: amazing views of the cliffs, great sensations kayaking in the waves, under sea caves or off beautiful white sand beaches. At...More

You won't get dirty necessarily. However, we went to the Marriott and they let us use a hospitality suite for $30 to shower and change. There are other hotels close by that may have the same deal.

Cliff jumping is precarious on all Hawaiian waterfalls. Rotten rock and shallow pools. If you do ...make sure you buy a wheel chair in case you survive. Micco
