We rented bikes and biked the entire path at a leisure rate, stopping to take many pics along the way! Beautiful, inexpensive but fun activity - highly recommend. 9 miles round trip from and to Hele on Kauai bike rental store.

We hiked along the beaches and the paved trails for miles and even saw monk seals sunning themselves and whales breaching out in the ocean. There are toilet facilities and showers along the way as well as covered picnic areas.
