This is a beautiful natural garden. If you are especially looking for flowers, be sure to see the "Sample" garden that is near the entrance. Don't miss that. The rest of the garden is so peaceful and pretty.

We visited Dec '17 and it was gorgeous but things have tragically changed. Be aware that the Limahuli Garden and Preserve is closed until further notice due to historic flooding. When or if it reopens to the public is a big question at the moment....More

Spent a couple of hours walking through this very educational garden. Great views and interesting to read along the tour book. Great stories included which kept the kids amused. Also nice that it's $20 per adult and kids 17 and under are free.

A worthwhile stop, learned the names of all the beautiful native plants in the area. Gorgeously landscaped with views over the Pacific.

Limahuli Garden and Preserve will tell you a lot about Hawaiian culture and flora. We visit it every time we come to Kauai because there is always something new and different to see. Plants bloom at different times. There is new archaeological work being done....More
