We went there to find some glass treasures but most of the glass was very fine in the sand and wasn’t really useful to pick up. However, we walked the top of the little hill and the view there was wonderful. Up there is a...More

Who would have thought that broken glass could be so cool! Careful on the road down to the beach, it's washed out on the right side going down. There is parking for about four cars.Once upon a time they used the bluff to the east as...More

I had seen many pics which depicted a lot more coloured glass which is why I wanted to go. The beach is in an industrial area so no you're not lost. But if you have a car I would park on the side of the...More

When you go, your directions may end at the roadway but I convincedcmy husband to keep driving even tho he kept saying “I don’t know about this” lol. It drove us right up to the beach, but be advised that there is only room for...More

Little glass (that is distinguishable) anymore. There is small beads that have been well worn down so this just looks like course sand until you look close.

This is a very small beach but it uniquely has sand that is about 50/50 black sand and glass. It was raining when we went, but we loved it!!!

As most mentioned, there's not much sea glass to speak of, but it is still a pretty beach. While we were there a giant seal was taking a doze up on the beach only a few feet from us and several locals were camped out...More

Found this interesting beach that is near an old dump in the industrial area of Ele'ele. Although the pictures I have seen makes it looks like the glass pieces are pebble size - but they are not...still beautiful to see though...the sand sparkles. We had...More
