It's off the beaten path, that's for sure. It's in a heavy industrial area and the glass has been reduced to grains of sand by the ocean. We did not find any large pieces of sea glass.

Super cool glass beach. Other reviews complain that it isn’t what they expected but that was really their own fault. It is exactly what it is, a beach with ground up bits of glass on the shoreline. There is mainly clear and brown glass bits...More

Everything you have read about this place needs to be rewritten. We went. All the glass on the beach is no more. We don’t know why or what may have happened . Bob

Are far as beaches go, it's just okay, but what you're really there for is to collect sea glass. Not real easy to find, there are no signs directing you, but worth it once you find it. Mostly green, brown and white/clear glass and the...More

This little spot is nestled behind some industrial buildings. The road is partially washed out and parking is limited. The water and rocks are beautiful. Don’t expect to swim as it’s pretty rough water. Climbing on the wet rocks is also not a good idea!...More

My wife loves collecting so this was right up her alley. Small bits of glass made smooth by the wave action were everywhere. Not very big but fun to look for different colors. It’s really hard to find though at the end of everyone’s directions....More

This was a last minute stop on our trip to Kauai. We were looking for something to do to kill some time in the middle of the day and I remembered reading about this beach. It is very small and mostly coarse sand and sea...More

If you walk down the road and go down the hill you will see what was once a landfill! There is junk everywhere that has been covered for years sticking out of the side of the hill. Didn't find much sea glass but found several...More

Black sand, glittering glass (if sun shines in right direction), big waves that keep kids occupied. I will say if it’s on your way, do stop for couple of minutes, it won’t be disappoint you but don’t make an extra effort.
