We stayed at Kings Land for five days and enjoyed shopping and beaches in Waikoloa ocean village. That was like a heaven, highly recommend!!

Because the resort is located at the foot of a 14,000 peak, there are usually afternoon/evening winds coming off the mountain.

I have no idea. Best to call Casa Pericos. It might depend on how well the 2 couples are acquainted, and how much privacy each couple requires.
