Da Kine. Grew up here and was in the recreational/charter industry for 10 years. Smoothest charter operation I have seen. Skillful boat handlers, very knowledgeable and friendly. There is much Aloha. The experience is amazing.

Depends on the tour you take, they offer many (their boat for example was $200 / person while the hike I saw listed was was $85)
