It is clearly listed on our website that we have a tour minimum as we do our best to contact us early it is not always possible once again our premier tours of sunrise and sunset are guaranteed unless weather or other extenuating circumstances occur

We initially booked a 5:30PM tour, but got an email a few weeks later that the time was changing to 5:00PM which didn't make any sense because the brochure showed a night viewing with red lava flow. I thought that at 5:30PM we may have...More

Took a Twilight tour- view of lava flow was terrific- got very close. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity- highly recommend!! Boat ride a bit scary- boat slams down on waves - heed safety cautions.

Lots of reviews say that Captain Shane is mean, but he's a really good guy and a GREAT captain! Follow directions -- it's not that hard! The captain is required to give a safety speech, and everyone must be present. One yahoo left in the...More

We just did the sunset cruise (5:00 PM.) It was awesome and if you're staying on Kona side, you won't have to drag your family out at 3 AM to get there for sunrise.
