Great spot to stroll along the bay to view it’s entirety. A large Banian tree greets you upon entry. Free.

Wonderful place to go for walking tour. Beautiful worth the drive. Good place to go to get pictures. Would make a good picnic place for dinner.

These Japanese gardens overlook Hilo bay off Banyan Drive. They are very nicely landscaped and when we visited very peaceful and tranquil. A nice spot to wander for half an hour

Located next to my hotel, I took advantage of this beautiful and peaceful park several times. There are several walking paths, water features and large, stately trees. It is popular with joggers and walkers,

Very pretty little park but prone to flooding. Sadly a lot of it was under water when we were there following a recent hurricane. Were able to enjoy a walk around the perimeter.
