Beautiful waterfall, amazing peaceful to unwind and just look at the beauty. You can also walk up a path and view the waterfall from above. Free parking

A must destination while in Hilo! Wonderful scenery, flowers, and excellent views of the falls. Save room for lots of pictures.

These are the same park but separate locations to drive to. Both have restrooms and parking. The Boiling Pots are much less crowded.

Very nice park, Rainbow Falls was one of our favorites. Not far from downtown Hilo. Check out both of the viewing areas.

Not far to walk, nice place to enjoy nature, picnic tables are found. Lots of trees, flowers galore. The falls are beautiful and energetic. Lots of parking and there is washrooms.

This beautiful park is a wonderful place steeped in Hawaiian legend and lore. Great for picnics and gentle hiking and picnicking (bring bug repellant!!!). The Hawaiians named this river "Wailuku" (Destruction Waters) for a reason - the river is deadly! "No swimming" signs are posted....More

You would be able at Rainbow Falls because there is a ramp that goes to the top viewing area. The lower walkway would be obstructed by the retaining wall. Boiling Pots and Pe'e P'e'e Falls I am not so sure of. I cannot... More
