They said the trail would be 10 minutes along the river, then thru the woods and on to the open plateau; what it really was was 45 minutes (2 way) of riding immediately alongside the highway / service route above the treeline thru which we would occasionally get to see the actual river for some of the ride, then on... Four of us took the one hour ride with A-OK corral. Two adults and our 8 year old son and 6 year old daughter. We found everything to be very good and professional. We took the last ride of the day (4pm) and it was just the four of us which was nice and a good tip to how to... More

We wanted to book a two hour sunset ride but when I called the day before, I was told the sunset ride for that day was 3-5 (instead of 5-7). I should have asked about other days because I determined when we got there they had already had a group of three wanting a 3-5 ride so they were trying... More

Mitch was our guide and he was excellent and a rodeo rider at the Jackson Hole rodeo. He was a good guide. We took the 2 hour tour and it was too long for me but I am not a horse rider, the rest of our group enjoyed the ride. The views from the top were amazing. I would highly... More

My family and I took the 2 hour ride, which was up a mountain to a beautiful place with a 360 degree view. That was the great part. Regarding safety issues: The only helmet they offered was to my 7 year old niece. There was virtually no instruction at all, although it was assumed that no one had riding experience.... More

We stopped here on our way through Jackson and did a 1-hour ride. We chose A-OK because they had later hours (last ride at 7:00, I think). Their price was also a little lower than the others we had looked at online. The ride was fun for all of the kids. It was along a local road with a little... More

We took the beautiful two hour ride. It was very enjoyable. We had a couple of people in our group who were not experienced with horses. Cayden, our guide, took care to make them feel comfortable. He explained how to ride the horse and periodically stopped to check the saddles and made sure everyone was doing ok. The horses appeared... More

We all had a great time. My daughter, 8, was afraid at first, and wanted to go home, but Billy put her at ease. By the end of the 2 hour ride, she wanted to come back. Minor criticisms: helmets available, but not offered or encouraged. No water stop in 2 hours. But we would use them again.

I took my family for a ride with A-OK in July. When I travel I always like to take a horse back ride to see the local area. After walking along a small road for a quarter of a mile we traveled up a steep path thru some thick bushes and trees to the top of a small mountain with... More
