These people are experts at entertainment and getting hundreds of people fed in the most efficient manor I've ever seen. We met people who come back year-after-year. If I lived out there, I would too. Very reasonable for the experience and meal. Five stars !

we had several opportunities to do a Cowboy Supper during our 3 week trip, but chose this company as they seemed to be the only ones that offered the covered wagon ride to their camp, & this was definitely the best bit of the experience!...More

I could not really recommend a time, but be aware that large coach parties often book out a whole evening. Suggest you contact them direct, they are very easy to find on the Internet.
