This is a must stop. This is probably one of the best museum complexes we have ever been to. There are five (six?) parts to the museum and we couldn't see all of it. The Plains Indian Museum has some of the best artifacts I have ever seen. Yes, the old teepee is worth it too. The Whiney (yes, THAT... More

If you plan to go you must take the whole day to see it all. What a fantastic museum. I enjoyed every section of this place. I stopped half way through my day and had an excellent cup of chili and the woman who was working was so very nice too. This museum is worth every penny of the admission... More

Summer of 2012 we made a 4600 mile motorcycle vacation from OKC to Glacier National Park in Montana. On the way home we stopped in Cody to see the Buffalo Bill Center. What a great stop! The history and the facility were top notch. Wonderful items and little known trivia and a beautiful view from the facility. Make this a... More

The museum is very nice. You can spend the day or just a couple of hours. They have a dinner show that is amazing. (purchase separately)

This museum has lots of history to offer. It would take 3 days to see all of it. They also have rehabilitated birds and snacks. Great place to visit.

Friends told me I'd need to spend at least 2 days in the firearm museum. I think that would be a good start. All the museums were incredible, and the staff was outstanding. Don't skip this if you have a day or two, and would be fantastic for kids.

If you have 60-90 minutes to make a run through the exhibits you'll be glad you did. Filled with art, information, artifacts and lots of "WOW".
