Old Trail Town is a series of old buildings, some set with time period furniture and decor others have old artifacts. All dedicated to the Old Wild West. It's a gem for the whole family.

A great deal of passion and work contributed to collecting and assembling the buildings and contents. I really enjoyed seeing how the homes and businesses appeared in the 1880's. I think the cost is reasonable.

This is a great way to go back in history to the days of yore. There are many buildings with real western displays and gear. It is a trip back in time!

Unfortunately we arrived to find the site closed for the season. You can get close enough to at least take a few photos. It looks well worth visiting though, we were very sad we couldn't look closer.

This is a collection of buildings (most historic) that have been moved to Cody from their original location. They are all "Old West" buildings. Saloons, livery stables, cabins. etc. Somewhere here there is a reference to literally scores of western historical events. The remains of...More

When you step out onto the Wild West grounds of Wyoming, you're brought back to one of the greatest eras of American history. You can almost smell the gun smoke and hear the clatter of spurs as they wander down the dusty streets.

I love Ghost Towns. This ain't one. It is, however the next best thing. A collection of historic buildings and cabins from the Cody region laid out like a Western town, this attraction gives all the flavor of the Old West without leaving Cody. Easy...More

This was a great excursion- a walk back in time, with lots of interesting old things to photograph. If you're a western history buff, you'll love reading some of the stories. If you're an Instagrammer, you'll have a blast.

No, there is a fee, but you pay inside the old western store (first building). There is no official wrist band or entrance. I think it was $8 each, but I'm not positive.

I'm sorry that I can't be more helpful. We visited Old Trail Town and the cemetery, but I don't recall seeing Buffalo Bill's grave. It might have been there, but we missed it. Old Trail Town is definitely worth a visit if... More
