You just have to see it, go upstairs and see the restored ceiling have an ice cream the volunteers are great afterwards go to Neshotah park and see Lake Michigan

This museum masquerades as an ice cream parlor. Enjoyed both experiences. Lots of artifacts on display.

We stopped at this place out of interest in the birthplace of the sundae. The museum was a hodgepodge of sometimes bizarre items. Including unopened toys from the 1970's. We thought the sundae stop would be fun but they did barely anything to make this...More

I like the " easy to read" signs because they are in larger print and explain a lot of items displayed. We were greeted warmly by 2 ladies on staff. Just had breakfast so we skipped the ice cream this time.

Interesting and free! Friendly staff. It has a nice ice cream parlor where you can eat a sunday where they claim was invented!
