A great way to spend a brisk Fall morning! Well maintained trails, though not the best marked. Beautiful views and plenty of spots to take photos. Probably the cleanest pit toilets ever experienced. Can’t wait to go back!

Visited in October when the leaves were turning. It was beautiful. The waves were huge and white capped. If we weren't wearing warm gear, the pictures would look like we had coastal ocean waves behind us! The roads were easy to travel and it was...More

We only stopped her because a friend had posted a picture and described the water hitting the rock, we were driving that way anyway and felt like we needed to check this out! What a great spot, so beautiful! The water is so blue and...More

We happened to stop at this park on a rather windy day. The wind was whipping up some pretty strong waves that pounded into the caves along the shore and it made quite a spectacle! We hiked along the shoreline and bluff. Better watch your...More

Beautiful views. Nice elevated trail along the water. Worth the visit. This county park is surrounded by the state park.

This is one of the most scenic spots I've visited in Door County. Photos and videos don't do it justice. The day we were there the waves were fairly large, and the experience standing on the bluffs was so cool - the ground trembles and...More

We walked on the nature trail and appreciated the scenery and serenity of the park. Bordering on Lake Michigan, there are great places to stop along the trail and just enjoy the view. Great place to sit and relax and enjoy some quiet time.

When I was a kid eons ago, only the locals knew about Cave Point. Has that ever changed! The stunning beauty of the caves, the unique color of the water and the deep resonating sound the caves make is the same. If I had to...More

Beautiful, little hard to find but worth it. Not crowded. Scary standing near edge of rocks as quite a drop down to the water.

Beautiful county park on the east side of Door County. There are the Lake Michigan waves pounding on the rocks and the crystal green waters. The section of beach with various heights of cairns was awesome. There is a trail that in parts has a...More

The water is a little rough for swimming. At least when we were there. There's not a good beach. It's all those rocks.

I've only been in the summer. I would guess that it would be beautiful but cold and possibly slippery. Dress warm and wear good boots with traction. Also it is probably very windy so something water/wind resistant.
