A must visit, if you like white sand beaches. Several nice hikes, or just stroll along the beach. Can be a bit cool if a strong East wind. Do have to pay, as this is a state park.

This state park on the shoreline of Lake Michigan boasts the largest sand dunes in Wisconsin. The view of this Great Lake is spectacular. It is the largest of the Great Lakes and at this park it is only 124 miles across to lower Michigan.
Beautiful Views. A must stop when in Door County. Off the beaten path but well worth it. Wear your hiking shoes, and be ready to take them off when you get to the beach.
