We found this park online while searching for a place to camp. Hoffman Park is a large city park at the edge of River Falls. In addition to the 15 site campers park, it has a playground area, disc golf course, sand volleyball courts and picnic areas. At the far end of the park right next to the camping area there is a really nice ball diamond and newer shelter with modern facilities. When we arrived the camp host greeted us and helped us find an open spot. He was very helpful throughout the time we were there, providing information about the park and the local area. We walked downtown to Main Street and the river walk several times during our time there. It's about 6 blocks to get to Main Street and then about 3 more blocks to get downtown and to the river walk. This is a college town with the campus right off the edge of Main Street. The park doesn't take reservations, so I imagine it fills up quickly during the summer. The cost is $15 per night, which includes electric. There's also a dump station that's included with your camping fee.

This was in a wonderful surprise to have such a fantastic campground to stay in while visiting family. River Falls is a welcoming town that has much to offer. The bike lanes make it convenient to get around. There were hiking trails right in the backyard, as well as a state of the art baseball stadium for the home town team. Also, the nearby park was a hit with the grandkids.
The host, Alex, takes pride in keeping the grounds and campground in top notch condition. He went above and beyond expectations, so helpful in striving make campers comfortable.
Sites are spacious, mowed, quiet, and include a paved pad. The restrooms are clean and modern. A dump station, water, and an extra parking lot are conveniently nearby.
We will be sure to visit again!

Clean. Quiet. Good facilities. Pretty. We came late in the afternoon and the host found a space for us.

Very clean campground. The camp host, Alex and Mary, made our visit a pleasant experience. Alex met us as we pulled in and explained everything about the park. He also helped guide us into our site. Only thing keeping this campground from being 5 stars is lack of water and sewer at sites.

This park contains a campground, a huge open grassy field for whatever game you could think up, bathroom facilities, grills, a baseball field, frisbee golf, a walking path, picnic tables, benches, and also the ‘Tri- Angels’ kids playground in honor of the three sisters who lost their lives at the hands of their father. It’s a touching tribute.

I often play Frisbee golf here. It is a nine whole course with one that me and my friends made up. Sometimes I cookout while I'm there. The baseball field is pretty new and the food is great. There is also camping, softball, volleyball, and a new playground.

Great park right in the middle of River Falls so many things to do. Great area for an afternoon picnic, which we had and enjoyed.
