Full disclosure, I am not a beer drinker but I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the brewery. My husband and I went with friends visiting us from California who love craft beer. The day we visited was release day for a new sour porter and...More

My wife and I were able to spend some time at the hilltop Brewery, just to have some beers at the patio tap room. We got the pint glass and then one refill. We loved the way they have designed the patio area, with a...More

We enjoyed our tour of the brewing facility and THE BEER. The facility is new and the brewery looks top notch. Loved being able to see and smell an open fermentation of their Weis beer during the Stairway to Heaven portion of the tour. We...More

We very much enjoyed our afternoon strolling around the brewery and grounds, while sampling the delicious beers. We even enjoyed the self guided tour inside the brewery to see the entire process. It is immaculate inside! Bought lots of Spotted Cow to bring home.

Too bad that their beer could only be sold in Wisconsin, it's sooo good, esp their Spotted Cow and Raspberry Tart. There's a free self-guided tour in the inside with a few staff members that could answer any questions you have. They allow children as...More

We live close to the Wisconsin border, so a run north for New Glarus beer is easy. So a trip to the brewery was a must. Reasonable trip - you can taste three beers, including a specialty brew for $8 and can keep the tasting...More

Visited the brewery on a nice sunny Saturday. It was kind of busy so we had a hike up a bigger hill (we discovered there is a closer parking lot for people that can't make the hike). The grounds are beautiful with plenty of places...More

A great way to pick up a ton of New Glarus beer. Have a drink in the beer garden - or get a sampler. Pizza cooked on site... gift shop full of fun items... and a free tour to boot. Highly recommended if you enjoy...More

Yes! They do allow dogs on the beautiful back patio area! They even had water bowls out for your furry friend if they get thirsty! Enjoy!
