I have hung out in this neighborhood. It is a quaint, free flowing neighborhood community in an enjoyable part of Milwaukee. If I were to compare it to somewhere else I have been, it would be the north side of Chicago. Indeed. Lots of fun...More

Hi Michael! Great history. The fruit and vegetable purveyors on Commission Row and the Eisner Museum are long gone and missed. The entire Historic Third Ward has experienced a renaissance and we hope you visit again to see the changes, soon.

I would go to the art museum and eat there. Pretty lake views even if art isn't your thing. And there are a couple of places to eat there that have good quality food.
