We found the Milwaukee Public Market so interesting and fun that we went there twice in two days. Although it isn't a huge place, there were many unique restaurants/shops to explore and enjoy. We had excellent salmon on a stick at the St. Paul Fish Company and wonderful pastries at the C Adams Bakery. The gentleman at the Spice Shop... More

We ate at the St. PAUL Fish Company that is in one corner of this market. I didn't realize the size of the place until o went looking for the rest room. They have separate little stores within the market - fish, meat, cheese, chocolate, fruit, oil, bakeries, etc. Plus a few some places that prepare food for you. Everything... More

My son and I had fun wandering through here on a Saturday morning. Bring your appetite - there's Mexican food, fish, spices, wine and more - my favorite - the bakeries!!! Donuts, huge cakes, cupcakes - heaven! This is a fun area of town with a lot of quaint shops and also near to Lululemon, Starbucks, West Elm and other... More

Lots to choose from. It's fun to walk around then select a favorite lunch or snack. The wine thief has a good selection of wines.

Located in the Historic Third Ward neighborhood. The market sells unique, high quality selections of artisan and ethnic products, freshly-made prepared foods, including a great selection of wines. Fun to just wander through. We ate at the St. Paul Fish Co. where I had a 1 lb. Maine Lobster meal for $15.95.(They also have a raw oyster bar). It was absolutely... More

My 1st time there I was in awe. There is something for everyone; young, old & in between. Every type of food you can imagine, to buy & eat there or take it home. Spices, produce, kitchen tools, flowers, I could go on & on. A must see if you're in the area. Plus, it's at the entrance to the... More

This is a busy market with a variety of food items and one clothing stand. It was a fun place to go for lunch, but expect to wait in long lines and pay a higher price. There is a nice fresh seafood stand, deli stands, bakery and candy stands. It wasn't too big but had a good selection and busy... More

Loved this place! Was not quite sure what to expect but there were so many options from: coffee to cheese to seafood. We had coffee and then juice and sandwiches. Everything was delicious and there is lots of seating available inside and out.

Coffee was pretty good by american standards and they have unusual types of coffee which is cool. The fresh produce was great but the creamy spinach soup i had there was pretty tasteless and the sushi i had wasnt that great either. The Mexican looks amazing though!

Not a 2 story "Market". Partial 2nd floor has tables to bring food to and restrooms. 1st Floor "Market"Area is very tight. If you try to take a moment to look at or read anything you are blocking traffic. A lot of sandwich food. 1 expensive candy area, 1 wine area, 1 fresh meat area. 1 T-shirt area. St Paul... More
