Hit this on a chilly weekend. It was decorated for Christmas and was elegant and interesting. Tour guide was knowledgeable and well suited for the position. Neat to see the amenities of a building from this era.

Friendly counter staff, very knowledgeable tour guide who was fun to listen to but the house with it's eye popping woodwork, beatific hand painted wall coverings and period furnishings and artwork stole the show. I can't even describe it - you have to just see...More

I toured this historic site during the Christmas season which was wonderful because the mansion was decorated with beautiful Christmas trees in every room. Interesting place to visit. Provided a look into the retirement home of Mr, & Mr. Pabst.

Fortunate to do a self guided tour when it was decorated for the holidays and this added a new dimension to the mansion. There were docents on each level that were extremely knowledgable and willing to answer questions. An elevator is available for those not...More

This home is a very nice restoration and then the Christmas decorations took it over the top for us. We loved it. The tour is self guided with people in the home to answer questions. Some of the wood furnishings were just fabulous.
