This tour is a fascinating look into the past! If you like historical sites and are in the Lake Geneva area, this one should not be missed. Be aware, however, that there are a LOT of steps and stairs involved so it would not be...More

We took the boat ride from Lake Geneva Cruise Line to get to the house thinking that was the only way to get there, but once we arrived at the house we found out that you could also drive there, although there is very, very...More

The website for Black Point Estate indicated you could only get there via a boat tour from the town of Lake Geneva. The total cost for three of us (me, spouse, adult daughter) would have been $123 if we had not had passes from the...More

We took the boat from the Riviera Dock to Black Point Estate. The boat ride was poor as they were training a new guide who read from a script and stumbled over and mispronounced most of the words. At the estate, docents monitor your every...More

This is a wonderful chance to experience a bit of history. The "cottage" has not been changed in the past 100 years. It still contains all the possessions of the original owner. You arrive at the estate via tour boat and must climb over 100...More

Tickets about $35. They do provide a military discount. Purchase tickets online or at the dock in Lake Geneva.

Can you give me information on how you can drive there. I have two people in my group who could not make the steps. Do you have to buy tickets in advance?

You can purchase on sight. If a weekend I would purchase in advance. Lots of stairs. You need good legs.
