Rented a boat and house on Lake Delevan 15 minutes away. Great experience working with adults. Elmer's sucked because the boat came without an anchor and enough power to get on plane despite shifting weight and trim. I asked about an anchor twice before embarking and the children running the show never mentioned it was an option to get one. When we docked an hour early, I grabbed an adult employee to register a complaint who blamed it on the children. Delevan will get our family and friends business for the next 50 years.

We had booked the longer tour only to be told the boat had mechanical problems and that particular tour was cancelled. We then saw that boat being used for a private party right after our original tour time. The longer your time might be worth it. Shorter tour too expensive.

We rented the catamaran for 4 hours. I took the boat that seats 20 people for my group of 15. The boat was very crowded, I can't imagine how it would have been able to accommodate 20 people. There were seats for 10 people, if that, otherwise you just could try to find some sort of ledge to sit on. Getting around on the boat was difficult because it was cramped. Going for a snack or drink which we kept down at the bottom was a hassle. The bathroom didn't work. They told us there were floaties on the boat, that turned out to be half deflated, and the captain threw them over to his buddies in the next boat to use.
It seemed like we were hardly moving the majority of the time.
I got the feeling the captain didn't want to be there.
They rent it from 10-2 and 2-4. So basically at 1:45 they start getting you off quick cause they don't allow a gap time in between the two trips.
The worst part was when we were heading back to the dock and the captain noticed another boat parked in his spot. He began shouting at first, and as he got closer he completely told off the other employee, yelling and swearing without any regard to who was around. He apologized after the fact, but the damage was done. I gave 2 stars because we had a good time being out on the water with family. but considering all the planning and expense it took for all of us to make this outing possible, This boat rental business along with their boat and their employees did not make it nearly as nice of an experience as it should have been.

Staff/s were very helpful, accommodating and are well informed. Safety is their priority. We were given extra moment, due to the low volume of clients the time we rented a jet ski. Everyone in my family had a great experience with jet ski for the first time. Wyatt and Rette, were 2 good people accommodating us our boat and jetski experience. The company is highly recommended!

Worse service ever.
Thunder started about an hour into our trip, we called their emergency number over 77 times and kept getting busy. We sail back to base where all other companies were out helping their client except our guys were no where to be found. No instruction was given and we couldn't get a hold of anyone. We finally decided to go back to dock where we find their entire crew sitting around doing nothing and they said their phones are down. When we asked for a refund for our unused portion of the trip, we got the run-around, they said owner said to give us 1/2 only and when we asked to talk to the owner, we were told, no he's busy can't talk to anyone now.
So, good boats but don't expect service (emergency or not).

Great service. Easy to book, gracious with use time. We were 30mins early they sent us out and back 15 mins late no issues or surprise charges. Boat was clean and performed great . Would recommend and we will definitely be back.

We choose Elmer's Boat Rental every year for our annual boating/tubing trip for my son's birthday. They are so efficient and helpful. They are always cheerful and really assist with creating a seamless experience of renting the boat and getting the sporting package. You can bring your own life jackets or use theirs. We prefer ours. You can bring snacks and drinks on the boat. Do remember that you have limited space, but you can store items under the seats as well.
This most recent trip we had my husband, me, an 8 year old, two 14 year olds, and three 12 year olds.

We had a great day in the lake in a pontoon boat from Elmer’s. It was comfortable, clean and tan like a charm. Staff friendly and attentive as well as informative and helpful. We also rented the tube package and have our grandkids (13 and 8) a fun ride. Had lunch that we had packed. Great day!

This was a great rental. We hired a captain. His name was Tristan and grew up in Lake Geneva so he had a wealth of knowledge about the homes along the lake. He stopped at any bar/restaurant on the lake we wanted and dropped anchor for us to swim. I am glad we hired a captain because the lake was very busy on July 3. I would hire this company and Tristan again!

I booked online boat for my husband’s birthday . Everything went smoothly as well as we were there. The stuff was great. We had a really great time on the lake with our friends. The boat was clean and easy to drive. Only what we missed was a more time then 4 hours that I booked but since I booked this boat last minute and was it holiday weekend July, 4th, I was happy to have it at all.

Would like to go out on a sailboat, but can’t do it myself. Do you offer outings or just rentals? If rentals only, do you know of any businesses that take people out - besides the large boat tours of the lake? Would just be myself and one other person. Thanks!

$205-$290 for 2 hours, a little cheaper if you do 4 or more hours.
The information is also on their website. After clicking on the picture of the boat you want to rent, a link will appear redirecting you to a booking page with prices.
