We went on the high ropes course and had a great experience. We had originally reserved a later time in the day and the company phoned us the day before to say there were storms forecast and would we like to come earlier which we did. Our guide was ‘T’. He was great and made us feel at ease. We purchased the photo package and ‘T’ took lots of photos which were great. All the staff that we came into contact with were extremely pleasant. Would thoroughly recommend.

This was an awesome (and safe) experience. We did a private tour with our family of 4 and our tour guides were great. Emily and Lizzy were very professional while still being fun and we felt safe the entire time. They were also really patient and kind when my son was scared. I highly recommend this tour, especially right now when there aren't a lot of safe and covid compliant options. I did not see one employee remove or even move their mask (inside or outside) the entire time we were on the property. The facility is spotless and there is plenty of hand sanitizer all over.
Thanks for a fun morning! We can't wait to visit again.

We were having a mini-family reunion with our adult kids to celebrate my husband's 60th. We had a group of seven mostly extroverts so we had a lot of chance to goof off and just be silly. Our guides were Eli and Colleen and they both encouraged the goofiness but were very serious about the safety aspects of the job. It's great to be seeing the woods from the tree top view as well as experiencing the adrenaline of zipping that far over the ground. All around quality experience.

We just visited for the first time to attend the wonderful Zipline and Dine event. Simple Restaurant (in downtown Lake Geneva) is one of my wife's favorites, so it was a no-brainer when it was listed as the caterer. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the three-course meal was amazing, and the "dueling" zipline was a lot of fun. We definitely will come back to explore the Canopy Tour in full, and whenever they have more Zipline and Dine events. Highly recommended.

This was Matt and I first time ziplining with Lake Geneva Ziplines and Adventures. It was a great experience. We had great tour guides Nathan and Maddie they were both fun and encouraging. My favorite part was yelling a super hero name. That's where I became not afraid. When we got to where the long narrow steps were I was afraid. Hopefully next time when we go we can do the whole zipline course. I would recommend Lake Geneva Ziplines and Adventures to anyone one who is up for an adventure.

The guides were very good, even though they’ve been through their course a thousand times, they knew the importance of covering all the points of safety with a nice amount of humor. Always felt safe. It was fun. Impressive course unexpectedly high up in the mature trees, oaks and elms. The course layout felt like you could’ve been in the middle of a thousand acres. Saw lots of deer. Overall, great time.

My family and I had such a great time ziplining! Our guides, Taylor and Leaf, were exceptional in that not only did they make the experience fun, they made sure we always felt safe, secure and prioritized safety. We ziplinded in December so those considering this adventure should dress appropriately. I would recommend taking your own simple cotton gloves. (It makes taking on/off the ones provided a lot easier versus latex gloves.) Check- in was a breeze if you sign waivers beforehand. The fireplace was an excellent spot to warm up and view our pictures they took!

The facilities and staff were excellent. We did 9 zip lines in just about 2 hrs. They gave our group 2 guides... one in front and one in back... Alex and TJ did an outstanding job explaining and ensuring our safety while also providing entertaining commentary throughout the adventure. We had 2 people that needed to stop at different points in the adventure, and both gentlemen were highly professional and empathic to each ones needs helping them down to safety. The gear and platforms were top notch in great safety condition. At no time did I question my safety. It was a truly enjoyable event all around.

Our group experienced the Lake Geneva Zip Lining on a beautiful August day. High in the woods just north of downtown Lake Geneva, we experienced the thrill of sliding from tree to tree on ropes or challenging bridges. All of this done after having safety and practice runs with our guides that harnessed us in for each tree zip.
Definitely a fun and exciting experience!
Recommend it highly!

We had a group of 8 and we all had a blast. Dan, Abby and Spencer were our guides and made a fun time become a great time. They went above and beyond in every way. They explained everything clearly, went over safety and made everyone laugh and feel comfortable. I would highly recommend zip line adventures for anyone looking for something fun to do while in the Lake Geneva area. It’s a beautiful set up with a very professional staff. We had so much fun and would do it again

I would call them and make reservations for your party. Show up 30 mins ahead of time to fill out your waivers. Wear closed toed shoes. Currently masks are required.

Visiting over the March Spring Break 2020 Vacation with my 14year old son, 14 year old niece and their 16 year old friend. Do I have to accompany them on the zipline course for them to participate? Can the three teens zip on their own. I will be on site waiting for them and I am unable to participate because I will also have my toddler (2year old). If you could please answer so that I may book online. Thank you

Thank you for the question! You're more than welcome to wait onsite while the other three zipline. You do not need to accompany them on the course.

Signed my son and his friend (12 and 13 years) up for the ropes course. Can I accompany them without participating? I am not physically able.
Written 20 October 2019
I don't believe so. When we went, you go from tree to tree with each zipline. It's extremely safe and there are staff at the beginning and end of each zipline.

Thank you for your question. The High Ropes and Zip Line Canopy Tour are separate adventures. The High Ropes tests your endurance & is much more of a challenge adventure while the Zip Line Canopy Tour is the better choice if you are looking for more of a thrill with less physical requirements.
We recently published a blog that explains the differences. I am unable to include the link in this reply but if you go to our website and click on "Blog" you can read all about it in addition to viewing photos. Hope this helps & we see you soon! Are there papers that need to be signed for minors from parents, ie: permission, waivers? If I bring my daughter's do their friends need anything signed by their parents? Dress code, or requirements for dress? Also, what are your prices?
Thank you in advance, Marietta
