For the True Lake Geneva Experience, you have to get on the water! Beautiful estates, mansions and natural scenery that only be viewed from the lake unfold through a descriptive and insightful narrated tour or provide the backdrop for an unforgettable party or wedding celebration. With 8 boats that hold from 2 to 225, Lake Geneva Cruise Line is one of the areas premier attractions - including the World Famous Mailboat Tour. As seen on the Travel Channel, CBS News, and the Today Show; it is the only marine mail delivery of its type in the nation as the mailperson leaps onto the pier, places the mail in the mailbox and jumps back aboard the boat. The catch is - THE BOAT NEVER STOPS MOVING!

The boat trip was as fun as last year. Kids enjoy hearing they are on Santa's Good List! I was hoping to see more light decorations on shore this year. Maybe from some of the homeowners in the area.

The boat ride at night was great as were the decorations, and even Santa Claus joined us for the kids.

Santa Claus / Jolly ole St Nick mentioned that he really liked our son’s name, which is Nicolas. 😉 The Christmas lights were gorgeous along the lakeshore. Our boat ride was very enjoyable. The 12 Charity trees were beautifully decorated.

This mailrun boat ride can be such a fun and delightful way to spend the early part of a beautiful day on Lake Geneva! Watching these young "jumpers" do their jobs of delivering the mail to the mansions which surround this gorgeous lake can be...More

I cannot believe this cost, $25 per person. There were hardly ant lights at all, i wa so disappointed. I feel this is way overpriced for what you see.

We took the Santa Cruise. It was fine but just fine. For the price of the tickets I think the children could have received a treat of some sort, a cookie, a candy cane, a small coloring book...something. The surprise Santa reading the Nice List...More

There are not different class seats. All seating is open and is first come first serve. Some of our boats are open aired and some are enclosed, depending on the cruise.
