Gorgeous. You can see all of La Crosse up here! Definitely a must-see! There are bathrooms, the "magnifying" goggles that you pay a quarter and look through, and fenced off, very safe.

One of the best places to view the City of LaCrosse. Walks and other safety feature have been added to this area.

A lot of hiking to the top! Gorgeous views arrived a little to late for the fall colors. We still had fun hiking and the views.

I take time whenever I visit La Crosse to go up and take in the view from Grandad Bluff! It's especially breathtaking on a clear fall day.

You'll drive to the top and there's a concrete sidewalk that leads to both the shelter and the overlook. In fact, it's handicapped accessible

It is accessible by car. There is a parking lot and a short, easy walk to the overlook. There are also trails from there for those who want to explore further.
