There are very few Civil War Museums in the Midwest; but, this museum emphasizes the importance of the contribution made by people in Kenosha, Wisconsin, and the Midwest. When Abraham Lincoln sent out a request for volunteers, these men were some of the first men...More

It is one of a kind museum telling the story of the Civil War through the eyes of the people left at home. Walk through time and listen to the “people” on the train telling you their story. It is very interesting and fascinating.

Lovely place to go and just relax, or enjoy an event. In late summer & the fall they have two (2) fire pits to enjoy.
