This park is really a hidden gem. Year round trails for hikers, bikers, snow shoeing and cross country skiing. Lowes Creek runs through the park.

It is widely known for the bike trails in the summer and snow shoeing/cross country skiing in the winter. However, they have great hiking trails if you don't mind going off road a little and they are pet friendly. We always see lots of people...More

We enjoy hiking at Lowes Creek. Seems to be one of the few "nearly natural" parks in Eau Claire. We enjoy just walking the trails. It has nice hills. It does appear that you are walking through an old trash dump, as there are buried...More

Our family took us here while visiting them. It is so pretty and clean with lots of beautiful scenery. Great back to nature place. Hope to go back again.

I love Lowes Creek Park. Great for easy hikes and very close in to town. I am not a mountain bike rider, and sometimes find shared trails between bikes and walkers to be less desirable.

I hit these trails on the bike at least once/week. Easy-challenging trails, great for any age and at least 3 hours of riding without hitting any of the same trails twice. Cool rock features, a few bridge crossings, and cool bermed corners.

This park is nothing fancy, but it has nice winding paths to walk on and has really beautiful scenery in some areas. Hikers share paths with bikers, which makes it more exciting than a normal walk. This is one of my ethereal places :)
