I love this place! Its affordable and fun for kids and parents! I love the water area in the basement and also the shopping area on the main floor. Its reasonably priced and great for toddlers and their siblings.

My kids started going here years ago and I've been impressed at the museum's efforts to keep adding and renovating exhibits. Otherwise it'd be the same museum year after year, not holding the interests of children for long. They also offer many fun classes suited...More

My two year old granddaughter loves the museum, and I feel comfortable in letting her run free, while I stand back and watch. The interactive "entertainment" is great for the small people. Downstairs, the water room is probably better for slightly older kids, but still...More

My 4 year old really enjoyed exploring and playing at this museum! Definitely geared toward kids 5 and under. It offered a nice variety of play options--fine motor, crafts and most of all, pretend play!

I have been to several and have to say that while the one in Eau Claire may not be the "fanciest" I really think it is the absolute most fun for kids.

Fun place to keep kids busy! Lots of things to do! Mine from 14 and under really enjoyed it. They even have a nice place for infants to play and not get ran over by older kids.

We just took our two three year old grandchildren here. They loved it! Very hands on with different exhibits for different ages. We spent 2 hours there which was a good amount for there age

Hi Michelle! Thanks so much for the review. We do agree that it's more fun to visit when the displays change! In addition to the new Failsafe Makerspace/Lab on the top floor (stay tuned for Planetarium shows, Augmented Reality Sandbox and new programs in June),...More

This museum is based on the premise that having children interact with exhibits is the best learning experience. Every time I have been there I have heard laughter and sounds of delight. This is clearly geared to children younger than 10, however.

Hello! Thanks for the kind words. There definitely is a lot of laughter here, and you're correct, our Museum is targeted to kids ages 0-10 and their grown-ups! We find that kids older than 10 tend to "age out" as it were :) -Jacqueline
