This is a beautiful park with hiking trails, camping, and swimming. The staff is courteous and helpful. You can buy a day pass and go hiking, etc or buy a year pass and go whenever you like.

This was our first visit to Governor Dodge and I’d like to say the park is beautiful. The camp sites are large and very quiet. We were there for a week in which we endured a lot of cold and rain and my only complaint...More

We visited Governor Dodge yesterday to go hiking. The park had a pretty good trail system and we thought it would provide us with some longer hiking options by connecting some of the trails. We are avid hikers, so we enjoy length and elevation changes....More

Camped with friends and family here, first time for me. Very nice campsite, very wooded and quiet. Clean, well kept and friendly staff. Will return for future getaways.

I haven't rented one in years, but I recall it being rather expensive. Something like a 2 hour minimum and approximately $20/hour.
