A truly impressive organization that has done so much to protect all of the world's crane species. Be sure to start by watching the movie in the visitors center which explains their mission, global connections and the importance of conservation. Then walk the nicely paved paths to view and learn about all 15 different species. There is also a very... More

Absolutely fantastic, 16 species of cranes from around the world. Very informative, I hadn't realized the many places cranes lived, and to see them up close was great.

So interesting to see their work and the conservation efforts with cranes. Excellent interpreters! It was fun to hear all of the personal stories for each of the cranes. Fascinating. A must see!

At the ICF we were greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who advised us of the best use of our time for our party of three. We strolled about learning of the beautiful cranes. We could have hiked more on the nice trails but we had one elderly lady who was tired. It was the perfect simple outing for a... More

A true international exhibit of all the cranes in the world. Just the opportunity to see whooping cranes is worth the admission. The crested cranes are beautiful, too. The setting is peaceful and beautiful.

Near the Dells, this is a welcome respite from that chaotic fun. This organization is doing great work to save cranes all around the globe. This is the ONLY place in the world where you can see all 15 types of cranes in one place. Worth a visit for sure,

The ICF has several cranes from around the world all in one location. There is information on each one. Motorized chairs are available for those not able to walk the short distances between pens. They also have an outstanding gift shop! Very worthwhile the stop.

Such an awesome place to view all types of cranes, the real treat for us was seeing the baby that had been born shortly before our visit. Their provided habitats are spacious and nice, I'd come here often but it gets expensive when you're local with no season pass offered.
