Think George S Patton

A restored home on the river. Not far from the capitol. Nice place to walk along the river. Historical family.

Nice presentation of what life was like in the era. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a good collection of period pieces.

This is a great little place to tour. It is conveniently located in Charleston. Also they rent it out for parties. I think it is worth a look.

They do offer a party area but it requires steps (many). It's a nice place to visit quickly while you're killing time.

This historic home is a bit out of the way but absolutely worth the drive. The docents do a great job explaining the significance of this fine house. A great piece of local history.

Situated along the bustling Kanawha Boulevard is the Craik-Patton house, an example of Greek-Revival architecture built in 1834. Originally located in the heart of 19th century Charleston, it has been moved twice in order to save the structure from demolition. In the late 20th century when America was less concerned about saving its past and more interested in erecting nondescript... More

Not much to see, limited parking. Wouldn't waste my time to go here. Just seeing an old house placed on a former local park. The house is not at its original location.

Actually it was the Craik-Patton farm, one of my friends got married there a few years ago and had her reception there as well. Was quaint old place with great screened porches and a nice lawn. Was a fantastic place for a wedding

The Craik-Patton House is a beautiful Greek Revival house that was moved to it's current location. It has been restored and furnished with antiques. A great place to visit.
