Capitol Street has it all with a variety of restaurants, unique shops, and businesses. From bakery's to coffee shops, pizza to gyro's, law offices to nightclubs it fits every need. Plus it is only a couple blocks from major hotels.

My husband and I were not impressed with this area at all. Not at all as described. We drove up and down the street thinking we were missing something but never saw anything worth getting out of the car for.

Casual vibe. Several nice bars/restaurants within walking distance. The river festivals also easy walking distance. Enjoyed walking the tree lined street, checking out the area.

Capitol St is great to walk down and enjoy the multiple shops and local restaurants with outdoor dining areas! You should especially try to go when they do the Art Walk, I believe the third Thursday of every month.
