The exhibit was uniquely set up as a trail thru the history of the state. The information was well presented with plenty to see and also interactive.

This is a must visit must see place. Be sure to check for the radio show concerts. A great place for all ages with REAL WV art and history not like the mess off the turnpike in Beckely. Quiet and comfortable seating and browsing areas.

We had 50 students attending the legislative session and made a stop in the Cultural Center and we all highly recommend this stop!! The youth ranged in age of 9-17 and none of them were unhappy with the visit.

The cultural center has lots of, well, culture and rich history about our lovely state. It has a quaint museum and gift shop to find the perfect West Virginia made gift.

We were traveling through WV and decided to stop here for a break from the car. We didn't have a lot of time to look before the 5pm closing time, so we did have to go through fairly quickly. It was worth the stop though!...More

The correct name is "Culture Center" -- it's not how I would have labeled it but it is what it is. There are always great displays in the lobby, several series of lectures during the month, a really good state museum, and sometimes you stumble...More
