I wandered in asking about interesting things to see/do on way to Portland. I got maps of both Washington and Oregon, and got plenty of suggestions.

Have been there to purchase local products, to give as presents - they have a good selection. I do think their hours should include the weekends more - so call ahead if you are thinking on going during non-banker's hours.

We stopped here when my daughter and husband moved up to Yakima. They have suggestions about wineries and sell coupon booklets for $10 which allows you free and discount tasting up and down the valley.
