Located in the heart of downtown Wenatchee with plenty of parking. This museum and cultural center tells the story of North Central Washington and who we are! Fascinating exhibits that are changed throughout the year to reflect what's going on. Exhibits on the upper floor of the old post office and federal buildings are accessed with an elevator! A large... More

Th museum is well thought out, with displays that fold into one another seamlessly. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and add local flare and stories. The gift shop bulges with unique and reasonable gifts from local folks. It's a great place for Christmas shopping. If you get a chance to attend one of their dinners, don't miss one!

We love museums and this one is a delight. They had a special exhibit on Native American Baskets and it was really well done. The local history of the apple orchards was informative. They had a display of Clovis Culture artifacts that had been located locally. Very good.

Great place to spend an hour. Lots and lots of stuff on wenatchee, the railroads, apples, apple princesses (ok, maybe the latter is a bit too much). The organ from the Liberty Theater is an absolute must see. Honestly, it is worth the visit all on its own. The model train is great. Good book selection. Totally loved the place

Very impressed by the information given about old town Wenatchee and the changes through time. Clothing, statues, native american information.

We visited this museum on a Saturday in September. The docent was extremely friendly and helpful. We can recommend this place to anyone who wants to get a good flavor for the area and culture. Something for everyone here.

It was fun seeing all the history of the area. It was quiet and peaceful. I wish the museum had more support they could use some updated exhibits.
