Despite the fact that the park is still under construction (the city finally decided to upgrade) they still hold festivals and such here. It's a great park.

Remnants of the 1974 Worlds Fair. Rather set the standard for riverfront restoration that many other cities have copied. Great place to rest, relax, and people watch. Recent renovations should improve and add to the enjoyment.

This urban park is an oasis, not only for people, but for a surprising diversity of wildlife. Keep your eyes open for an amazing variety of water birds, especially ducks and geese although there are plenty of songbirds perched in the trees. In addition, there...More

I hadn't been here before and since I had some free time I decided to visit this place. Beautiful view of the river. Just watching all of the ducks was fun. A very nice place to visit.

lovely trail through the park, and over the river, several breathtaking overlooks to the Spokane River, and over it. I have lived here for over 20-years, and it NEVER gets old walking through the park, and over the river.

I would suggest the convention center lot north of the park. On street parking is harder to find than usual. There is extensive remodeling of the park near the mall parking garage. This involves the west side of the park... More
