Incredible public park. Beautiful scenery and most importantly, it's safe! My children love the playground and seeing all the water birds. Beautiful view of Lake Washington.

Beautiful park and walkways close to two great restaurants, Ivars And Kidd Valey. Water is too polluted for local swimming but boating and sailing are fine. Some Magnificent sunsets during the spring and early summer. Great parking and place for concerts or picnics.

Yes most of the walking area is paved. I believe there are small trails that branch off the main one that are just dirt but the main path is all paved.

Can you swim in it now? I now last summer it was shut down for a while because the water was dirty

Lk. is still very cold. I haven't heard if it's closed to swimming yet..Ducks, Ducks and more ducks is the usual reason for a closed beach...watch for signs...They post "No Swimming"..
