Very interesting displays and artifacts. Unique putting five homestead cabins together and covering them all with a permanent ròof. We spent ober an hour just browsing. The host was helpful too.

The museum is a wonderful collection of old log cabins..donated by islanders..moved to town....the individual cabins are joined together as one to tell the history of early life in the islands...from the 14,000 year old BISON found intact in a peat bog ...to early hardships...More

Small but lot's packed in. The building is a museum truly...we went during the Bird Fest art and wine opening. Very nice time.
