This is one of those hidden gems to come and relax and forget about downtown Seattle if you are coming from Canada. Bring your lunch or eat at one of the local places.

Beautiful, warm spring day. Crowded but still pleasant enough. Doing an assignment for my basic photography class. Plenty of subject matter for it. Loved watching the ferry come in. Walking around the park and just taking pictures

My grandson wished to climb the lighthouse so off we go. It’s an adventure back in time as it’s as it was. The historians are very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions. The view is fantastic, great for picture taking.

Nice sandy beach and fire pits, play area ,place to fly kites, restrooms, swings, bbq area. Just remember you do need to pay for parking. It's pretty cheap though. Maybe a few dollars. Unless you are a local, you can get a pass

Very photogenic but you have to plan carefully due to weather. Lots of places to wander and photo ops with the ferry. Nearby diners are decent.
