Nice for a quick visit

Ice half hour or so Place to walk along the water and see the lighthouse, a distant view of Mt Rainer and the ferry. Grab and go lunch at Ivars Mulketeo is well worth it.

We took the kids here in the early springtime. They had a good playground that the kids loved. We walked along the shore line and the views were fantastic. The lighthouse was closed but we walked around and peeked in. The kids found some cool shells and we had a good time. Would recommend going a little later in the... More

After lunch, we enjoyed a walk to the lighthouse park. Make sure it's open before you go! Incredible views and a good way to work off your lunch calories. It doesn't take long to see but is worth the time.

Easy drive north of Seattle. The Mukilteo Lighthouse is very easy to get to. Located near the ferry. Very picturesque with the water in the background.

Explore the top of the lighthouse and enjoy the grounds. This is the image I think of when I think of Mukilteo. Bring your camera and have a seat and enjoy your view

The info areas were closed when we were here but were still able to walk the grounds and take pictures. There is a well organized self-guided walking tour of the area which makes things easy to learn and see at your own pace. The grounds themselves are well kept and offer plenty of photo opportunities. If you're in the area,... More

We stopped here for our aftermath picnic while touring Seattle and surrounding areas. The park had great facilities and the views were outstanding. The lighthouse facility was well preserved and informative. The ferry docked while we were there for an added treat. Definitely worthwhile!

We took a walk from our hotel, it is a beautiful spot, lots to see, close to everything. The ferry pulls in right behind the lighthouse so if you are paying attention you can snap some great pics and include both of these in one pic.
