You’ll find nutcrackers from Roman times to modern day and nutting stones from the Archaic period. Students will enjoy a “nutcracker hunt”, our version of a scavenger hunt!

Neat place to go to but very touristy. Has a lot of nutcrackers for sale at pretty decent prices as well.

Hi Rachel, The museum does not have many nutcrackers for sale, just to clarify. You may be referring to the gift shop on the main floor that is not part of the Nutcracker Museum at all.

Tons of things to look at. Basically a giant gift shop. Probably the best place in town to get German souvenirs. Biggest and best selection in town.More

I had no idea that there were so many. The little angle is a working nutcracker the size of a pinhead. So much history. Watch the 15 min movie.

If you enjoy nutcrackers you've got to see it! There were some amazing pieces of art, as well as lots of funny nutcrackers. Our favorites were the Disney and Star Wars. Totally worth the small fee.
