One of my bucket-list items since I was a little girl was to blow glass. I stumbled upon this place and decided immediately that it was time (15 years later!). I was amazed at how much I actually got to do and not just watch. The instructions were clear, the teacher was extremely friendly and it was an overall wonderful... More

Not always have I met the artisans and so enjoyed the interchange. I ate next door and noticed the lovely drinking glasses. Went over to the Firehouse, just to admire. Well, the two gentlemen were so friendly and knowledgeable, I bought 8 glasses and a beautiful paperweight.

We loved this! We have daughters aged 12 and 17 and they both had a great time. The owner takes the time to explain it all.

We visited Callahan's Firedhouse in 2015 and decided then that when we returned in 2016, we'd try to take a lesson and make our own items. We were able to do it and had a great time. You're more a of a helper than a do-er but that makes sense considering you're working with glass at 2200 degrees. As the... More

Located in a cute historic old firehouse this is a beautiful store full of small and large glass blown items that are actually affordable! Compared to designs that are often thousands, you can find an adorable pumpkin for $40, glasses that you can buy as a set, and other small to larger items depending on your budget. They are often... Bought several items here when we were visiting Langley. Really enjoying the items. They have everything from wishing stones to large beautiful bowls and other decorator pieces.

Callahan's Firehouse is a neat building filled with cool stuff in a charming town. Reason enough to visit, don't you think? But, it gets so much better than that! Callahan's offers the pretty unique experience of actually participating in glassblowing with a pro. We had Patrick, and he was amazing. He was personable and knowledgeable, friendly and clear; he explained... More

Great venue in the old fire station. Guys are great, friendly and very helpful. They offer a short glass blowing experience and it's perfect for a first time exposure. You get to be hands on just enough to not get into trouble! It's hotter and you're closers than you think. Give it a try!
