First time stay at this hotel. Had visited the casino a couple of times before, and had thought it would be fun to play there, not have to worry about the drive home after, and have a nice meal. The hotel is nice and very new, very well kept and clean. Beds were comfortable, little extras included, coffee, water, and... More

We only get to the Point once or twice a year, but we find that every time they have added or improved something. We still haven't stayed at their new hotel but are looking forward to it. This time we spent the afternoon between the casino and the buffet. It was an afternoon well spent. The casino is pretty typical... More

The best casino hotel I have stayed in! I loved everything about it. Clean, great staff, so comfortable. I travel a lot and have grown accustomed to so so hotels. This stay was a welcomed surprise! First, the look is modern and amazing. The floors, carpet is CLEAN, to many times I walk into a room and my shoes are... More

My husband brought me out to the Point for a surprise night out. We stayed in a suite. It was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. However, the stay ended on a sour note when I wanted to take a nice long, hot shower the following morning. Evidently, according to someone in maintenance, since the hotel was at capacity,... More

Nadine W, thank you for your honest assessment of our new hotel. My apologies for your less than excellent stay, I completely agree that a hot shower is very important and I am following up to let you know we have traced and repaired the lukewarm water issue that you experienced. We are now getting hot, steaming water to every... More

Stayed in the new hotel Feb 2017. The rooms are beautiful, beds very comfy. They seemed to have thought of everything except enough plug-ins for devices near the bed. Other than that minor detail the stay was very nice. Ate at Julia's cafe, ordered the tempura prawns. They were excellent! The casino was very large with tons of machines. Plenty... More

Julia's cafe was clean with a nice menu selection. It's very casual. Friendly staff at the counter. What I didn't like was my soup coming in a plastic container. Plastic silverware and condiments packaged like that of fast food. It's interior is very bland, not inviting. Cross between a deli and fast food. That said, the food was fresh and... More

Very clean casino. The casino has a smoking room. I didn't find the smoking room to be smelly or smoky. It has a bar, Julia cafe and a buffet. The hotel connects to casino. You don't have to go outside to enter hotel. Machines are up to date with so many of the new ones. If you sign up for... More

This new cafe in between hotel and casino replaced the great food but crappy looking deli that was in the casino. My partner had a great burger with great coleslaw and free coffee, pricey ($10) but had a $10 coupon from the casino. I had the open face meatloaf ($11) Ordered it with gravy on the side. It was served... More

I can actually win here! We have several casinos in our area but this is my favorite. Table games, good variety of slots. Players card benefits are better than most local casinos. They frequently have drawings and other chances to win items or cash. The Boom Room is known for it's friendly staff and fun viewing of sporting events. Chances... More
